Brandon Tuozzolo enters is second season with the Rams in 2018 after he joined the Rhode Island football staff as the director of football operations in February of 2017.
Tuozzolo came to the Rams from Villanova, where he spent seven months as an assistant to Athletics Director Mark Jackson. In the role, he provided support to the day-to-day coordination of operational activities in the athletic director's office. He compiled the monthly calendar and the department personnel directory, while also assisting with special projects and hospitality functions. Tuozzolo also managed all expense reports run through the athletic director’s office.
In addition, he was responsible for coordinating all travel arrangements for the athletic director and was in charge of preparing, distributing, and tracking game contracts for all 24 varsity sport programs.
Before working at Villanova, Tuozzolo was an operations and logistics intern with Position Sports, where he worked the Jordan Brand Classic Basketball showcase. He also was a football operations assistant with the NFL's Washington Redskins from July through Septemeber of 2015. Tuozzolo has additional experience with spent time working in operations roles with the NFL’s Washington Redskins. He also spent time with Position Sports, the Slam Dunk to the Beach Tournament, the University of Delaware Athletic Department, the Delaware Sports Commission and the Delaware 87ers.
A member of the Delaware football team from 2012 through 2014, Tuozzolo earned his bachelor's degree from the school's Alfred Lerner College of Business and Economics, Sports Management in May of 2016.
