KINGSTON, R.I. - Rhode Island first baseman
Xavier Vargas has been named the Player of the Week for the Atlantic 10, it was announced Monday.
Vargas is the second consecutive Rhody player to win the award, as teammate
Sonny Ulliana was last week's honoree.
