LaFleur Signs With Trois-Rivieres Aigles of Can-Am League

KINGSTON, R.I. - Recent Rhode Island graduate Cam LaFleur has signed with the Trois-Rivieres Aigles of the Can-Am League.

The former Rhody southpaw made his professional debut on Sunday, striking out two and allowing just two hits through three innings of relief against the Ottawa Champions.

In three seasons as a reliever with the Rams, LaFleur racked up 100 strikeouts over 60 appearances. He closed out his career by giving up just two runs in his last 13.2 innings pitched.

A Brookline, N.H. native, LaFleur is one of several Rams to continue their baseball career in the Can-Am League, the most recent being Martin Figueroa ('17), who was the league's 2018 Rookie of the Year.
