INDIANAPOLIS
- Racing at the 2019 NCAA Rowing Championship is slated to begin at 4 p.m. Friday afternoon. Rhode Island's first boat on the water, the Varsity 8+, will now race at 5 p.m.

Rhode Island's Second Varsity 8+ will race at 5:50 p.m., and the Varsity 4+ will compete in its opening heat at 6:20 p.m. A storm in the Indianapolis area Thursday night left heavy debris on the race course, causing Friday's delays.

As a result of the schedule changes, there will be no repechage round. The top three finishers in each of Friday evenings heats will advance to the A/B semifinals on Saturday. The bottom three finishers will compete in the C/D semifinals.

All of the races from the championship will be streamed live via NCAA.com.
