PC TICKET ALLOCATION PROCESS UPDATED FOR 2019

In an effort to make it more equitable URI Athletics is implementing a new and improved ticket allocation for the ever-popular URI vs Providence College game that is played once every two years at URI.

Some important items of note for 2019

The allocation of students tickets for the Providence College game on December 6, will be a lottery-based system.

All students that have attended at least one game will have access to the ticket lottery the week of the game. Therefore you must have attended at least one of the five Men's Basketball games this year to be included in the lottery.

Each game attended is worth one point.

All Ruckus members will receive one BONUS point towards the lottery.

Any student that attended the MBB vs Nicholls State game not only got an extra bonus point but saw a great game.

Any student that attended the WBB vs Vermont overtime win not only got an extra bonus point but saw amazing last-second overtime win.

And last but not least any student that attended the MBB game vs Manhattan also got an extra bonus point.

Total possible Ruckus Points = 9 and total possible Non-Ruckus Points = 8 Points

What do points mean?  Points just mean the number of chances each student gets in the lottery so if you have five points you have five entries into the lottery.

How is the lottery run? The lottery is run via a lottery system within the ticketing software.  The technology is based on the number of entries you get and it is a completely random process.
