Step 1 - Log into your Ram Account

Step 2 - Go to Manage My Account
This is located on the top right of the screen, next to the "Logout" button
Step 3 - Select EXCHANGE under the My Tickets menu
Step 4 - Select 2024-25 WBB FLEX PLAN
Step 5 - Select a voucher for every ticket you would like to claim
Note: These are your vouchers, they are not tied to seats yet. You pick however many you want to exchange for tickets on the next screen
Step 6 - Select your game
Step 7 - Select your tickets
Note: all tickets are general admission, so you can sit anywhere in the arena (except: Courtside and Baseline). Under FLEX put the tickets you want and you may proceed when the EXCHANGE DIFFERENCE is $0
Step 8 - Select mobile delivery

Step 9 - Finalize the exchange and get your tickets!
