  • Finished seventh in the elite mile (4:38.26) at the Camel City Invitational.
  • Placed second in the 3000m (9:19.55) at the dual meet against Providence and Northeastern.
  • Finished 14th in the mile at the NCAA Indoor Championship (4:42.92).
• Outdoor:
  • Placed second in the 1500m (4:16.40) and finished 22nd (2:09.77) at the Raleigh Relays.
  • Won the 800m (2:10.17) and the 4x400m relay (4:04.62) at the Ocean State Invitational.
  • Won the second 800m (2:10.09) and the 4x400m relay (3:56.84) at the Holy Cross Invite.
  • Won the 1500m (4:26.78) to defend her title and also took home the crown in her first-ever 5000m on the track in a school-record 16:37.34 and placed third in the 4x800m relay (9:04.42) at the Atlantic 10 Outdoor Championship.
  • Won the 1500m final (4:28.59) and the 4x800m relay (9:06.61) and placed second in the 800m final (2:10.36) at the New England Championship.
  • At the NCAA East Prelims, she finished fourth in her 1500m heat (4:21.17) for the automatic qualifying spot to the quarterfinals where she then qualified for the semifinals with a 4:14.95 finish for 10th place overall.

2019-20

• Indoor:
  • Won the 3000m (9:10.30) at the BU Season Opener.
  • Won the 4x800m relay (9:30.25) and the 800m (2:11.69) at the URI Sorlien Invitational.
  • Finished fifth in the mile (4:36.50) at the BU Terrier Classic.
  • Won the 1000m (2:44.74) and placed second in the 4x800m relay (9:11.95) at the New England Championship.
  • Finished eighth in the mile (4:36.35) at the BU Valentine Invite.
  • Won the mile (4:52.32) and placed second in the 800m (2:08.22) and second in the 4x800m relay (9:05.39) at the Atlantic 10 Championship.
  • Qualified for the NCAA Regional round that was canceled due to COVID-19.
• Outdoor:
  • Season canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

2018-19

• Indoor:
  • Won the 600m (1:34.78) and finished ninth in the 4x400m relay (4:01.92) at the Boston University Season Opener.
  • Won the mile (4:55.09) and finished second in the 4x440yd relay (3:51.57) at the Beantown Challenge.
  • Won the 500m (1:17.62) and finished third in the 4x400m relay (3:58.02) at the Sorlien Invitational.
  • Finished sixth in the 4x400m relay (3:52.70) and seventh in the 800m (2:08.80) at the Terrier Classic.
  • Won the 1000m (2:47.54) at the New England Championship.
  • Finished 23rd in the mile (4:48.46) at the Valentine Invitational.
  • Crowned champion in the 1000m (2:49.08) and mile (4:52.18) at the Atlantic 10 Championship.
  • Finished second in the 800m (2:07.05) at the ECAC Championship.
• Outdoor:
  • Finished fifth in the 800m (2:08.08) and fifth in the 1500m (4:20.07) at the Raleigh Relays.
  • Placed second in the 800m (2:08.95) and finished fourth in the 4x400m relay (3:53.60) at the UConn Northeast Challenge.
  • Finished fifth in the 1500m (4:17.28) at the Larry Ellis Invitational.
  • Won the 800m (2:04.69) and the 1500m (4:24.32) at the Atlantic 10 Championship.
  • Won the 800m (2:07.50) at the New England Championship.
  • Finished sixth in the 1500m (4:19.71) at the NCAA East Preliminary round, advancing to the Final as the first track individual in program history.
  • Placed fourth in the 1500m (4:13.02) at the NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championship, earning First Team All-American status.

2017-18

• Indoor:
  • Placed second in the 500m (1:19.59) and fourth in the 4x400m relay (4:08.44) at the Brown Alden Invitational. 
• Outdoor:
  • Did not compete.

2016-17

• Indoor:
  • Finished second in the 4x800m relay (9:17.26) and third in the 1000m (2:52.96) at the New England Championship.
  • Finished 10th in the 4x800m relay (9:20.98) and second in the 1000m (2:55.85) at the Atlantic 10 Championship.
  • Finished 12th in the 4x400m relay (3:51.08) and 28th in the 800m (2:13.89) at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational.
  • Won the DMR (12:27.91) and finished second in the 1000m (2:59.69) at the URI Coaches Invitational.
  • Finished 14th in the 4x400m relay (3:57.87) and 31st in the 800m (2:15.50) at the John Thomas Terrier Classic.
  • Won the 4x400m relay (4:01.50) and the 800m (2:20.21) at the Sorlien Invitational. 
  • Finished sixth in the 1000m (3:01.13) at the Beantown Challenge.
  • Finished fourth in the 4x400 relay (4:10.26) and fifth in the 1600m (5:25.04) at the Brown Alden Invitational.
• Outdoor:
  • Won the 4x800m relay (9:09.37) and finished fourth in the 800m (2:11.28) at the New England Championship.
  • Finished ninth in the 4x800m relay (9:08.79) at the Atlantic 10 Championship.
  • Finished third in the 4x400m relay (3:59.50) and second in the 800m (2:10.84) at the Stonehill Skyhawk Invitational.
  • Won the 4x400m relay (3:56.48) and finished second in the 1500m (4:40.01) at the Holy Cross Invitational.
  • Finished third in the 4x400m relay (3:52.93) and second in the 800m (2:14.00) at the UConn Northeast Challenge.
  • Finished fourth in the 4x400m relay (4:10.76) and second in the 1500m (4:44.38) at the UMass Quad Invitational. 
  • Won the 4x400m relay (3:58.11) and finished sixth in the 1500m (4:43.11) at the Black & Gold Invitational.

• Attended Wissahickon High School.
• Earned 12 varsity letters in cross country, indoor track, and outdoor track.

• Daughter of Scott and Benita.
• Has a younger brother Tijs, and a younger sister Lieke. 
• Chose URI for the coaching staff and location.
• Loves being outside and enjoys volleyball, rollerblading and bike riding. 
• Majoring in Kinesiology with hopes of becomng a physical therapist.
