2011 (JUNIOR): Placed 36th at the Ted Owen CCSU Invitational (27:58)... Finished 176th (27:27) at the New England Championship on Oct. 8... Took 20th (27:55.8) at the Brown-Rothenberg Invitational on Oct. 14.... Finished second for the Rams and 27th overall at the CCSU Short Course on Oct. 21, timing in at 16:11... Earned 91st at the Atlantic 10 Championship.

2010 (SOPHOMORE): Finished 46th at the BC Invitational... Placed 23rd at the CCSU Blue Devil Invitational with a time of 28:17... Finished in 153rd place at the New England Championship... Led all Rhody runners with a 10th place finish at the Brown-Rothenberg Invitational... Placed 79th at the A-10 Championship.

2009 (FRESHMAN): Finished 11th at the Hartford Invitational, coming across in 27.47.0.

HIGH SCHOOL: Attended North Providence High School... Participated in basketball and outdoor track and field... Four year All-Division... Three year All-Class... Earned All-State in cross country... Selected All-Class in outdoor track in four consecutive seasons.
