- Member of the cross country team all four years
- Also a member of the indoor and outdoor track team for four years
- Captained the cross country team and track team his junior and senior year
- Named All-Division I Cross Country for two straight years (2019, 2020)
- All-State Cross Country in 2020
- Named to the All-State Outdoor Track Team in 2022
- Dover Cross Country MVP for four straight years (2018-21)
- Dover Outdoor Track MVP his senior year (2022)
- Holds the Dover High School record in:
- 1000m
- 1500m
- 1600m
- Mile
- 3000m
- 3200m
- 5000m
- Holds the Seacoast Championship record in the 1600m
- Division I State Champion in the outdoor 3200m (2022)
- Member of the Latin Honor Society (2019-2022)
- Was also a member of the National Honor Society
- Volunteer with the Dover Middle School track team and local youth running camps
- Volunteer with New Hampshire track and field hosting livestreams of track meets
Personal
- Has one sister, Jillian
- Interests include hiking, golfing, learning random skills, and watching races
- Chose URI because of the opportunities in engineering, the team, campus, and facilities
- Favorite athletes are Aaron Rodgers, Eliud Kipchoge, and Grant Fisher
- Favorite teams are the Green Bay Packers and the Boston Celtics
- Has hiked all 48 4,000-foot mountains of New Hampshire
- Majoring in Civil Engineering
