2012-13 (SOPHOMORE): OUTDOOR: Finished sixth in the 400m dash (50.05) at the UConn Classic. 

INDOOR: Finished sixth in the 4x400m relay (3:14.73) and 22nd out of 147 in the 400m dash (49.43) at the Terrier Invitational. 

2011-12 (FRESHMAN): OUTDOOR: At the AIC Yellow Jacket Invitational, earned fourth in the 200m dash (22.43)... At Princeton earned third in the 4x400m relay (3:13.27)... At the UNH Wildcat Invitational, placed third in the 200m dash (22.47) and fourth in the 400m dash (50.27)... At Holy Cross, finished second in the 200m dash in 22.13 and third in the 100m dash in 11.36... At the Brown Springtime Open placed fifth in the 400m dash (50.34).

INDOOR: In the Sorlien Invite, earned fourth in the 400m dash (50.36)... At Navy, took third in the 4x400m relay (3:19.94)... At the Terrier Classic, placed fifth of 38 in the 4x400m relay (3:16.61)... At Lafayette/Rider Winter Games, posted a New England qualifying time of 22.68 in the 200m... At the Atlantic 10 Indoor's, part of the winning 4x400 relay team and also placed third in the 400m dash... At the IC4A Indoor's part of Rhody's 4x400m relay team that took the title in a school record time of 3:09.84. 

HIGH SCHOOL: Attended East Lyme High School... Played football, indoor and outdoor track and field and lacrosse... Captained one year of indoor and outdoor track and field... High school record in the 400m (49.6)... Received All-State team honors.

PERSONAL: Born July 19, 1993... Son of Debbie and Ian Lakeman... Has one older sister, Jessica, who attends Quinnipiac University... Enjoys DJing... Favorite athlete is Usain Bolt... Favorite team is the Georgia Bulldogs... Majoring in Business Marketing.
