- Finished third in the high jump, (1.95m) at the UNH Wildcat Invitational.

- Placed third in the high jump, (2.07m) at the ECAC Championship.
- Placed second in the high jump, (2.14m), becoming the second Ram ever to clear seven feet at the New England Championship.

Attended Scituate High School.
Member of the cross coutry and track teams for three years.
Finished third at the MIAA State Meet and fourth at the New England Championships.
Member of the National Honor Society and was an Eagle Scout.
Set the Scituate High School high jump record in 2012 (6' 8").

Personal

Born December 13, 1994.
Son of Liz and Larry Kahrs.
Has one sister, Audrey.
He enjoys climbing, skateboarding, and surfing.
Chose URI over Northeastern, Bucknell, and UMass Lowell.
Decided on Rhode Island because of the international engineering program.
Spent a year living in France and Belgium working and attending school.
Lists his favorite athlete as Eric Jenkins.
Favorite team is the New England Patriots.
Double majoring in Electrical Engineering and French with goals to become an electrical power engineer.
