2013-14 (SENIOR): OUTDOOR: Finished 13th in the 1500-meter run (4:13.59) in the Holy Cross Men’s Meet… Finished 12th in the 800-meter run (1:59.44) in the Brown Classic... Finished ninth in the 1500-meter run (4:12.74) in the UConn Classic... Finished 34th in the 800-meter run (2:01.33) in the Minutemen Invitational... Finished 53rd in the 1500-meter run (4:22.44) in the American International College Invitational… Finished sixth in the 1500-meter run (4:19.32) in the UConn Invitational.

INDOOR: Finished 15th in the one-mile run (4:31.60) in the A-10 Championship... Finished 39th of 45 in the one-mile run (4:30.30) at the Armory Winter Games... Finished 20th of 23 in the one-mile run (4:34.03) and fifth of five in the distance medley (10:42.78) in the URI Coaches Coed Invitational... 2012-13 (JUNIOR): OUTDOOR: Competed at the UConn Invitational, Brown Invitational, Uconn Classic, Holy Cross quad meet, Brown Open and the A-10 Championship.

INDOOR: Placed third in the distance medley (10:23.77) at the Coaches Tribute Invitational… Finished second in the 4x800m relay (8:27.74) at the Sorlien Invitational.

2011-12 (SOPHOMORE): OUTDOOR: At Holy Cross placed fourth in the 3000m steeplechase in 10:40.10.

2010-11 (FRESHMAN): OUTDOOR: Posted a time of 4:15.72 in the 1500m run at the Bryant Invitational.

INDOOR: Registered a time of 9:43.73 in the 3000m run at the URI Sorlien Invitational.

HIGH SCHOOL: Participated in wrestling, cross country, lacross and indoor/outdoor track at Moorestown High School... Named 2009 Rookie of the Year (Outdoor Track)... Earned the 2010 Coaches Award (Outdoor Track)... Captained his cross country and track teams as a senior... A member of the Honor Roll.
