- Member of the track and field team for all four years
- Captained the team his junior and senior season
- Named Vermont Track and Field Gatorade Player of the Year in back-to-back seasons (2019-20, 2020-21)
- Earned All-American Honors in the decathlon in 2020-21
- Finished fourth in the decathlon at the 2021 Nike Outdoor Nationals with 6588 points
- Back-to-back Team State Champions in outdoor track and field (2017-18, 2018-19)
- Team State Champions in indoor track and field in 2019-20
- Also a member of the wrestling team for one year
