Jeff Kirpas joined the women’s basketball staff as the video coordinator in January of 2016.

Kirpas was the head coach for the girls basketball team at Immaculate Conception School in Newburyport, Mass. during the 2014-15 season. The team finished 21-1, winning its first NSCESL regular-season championship and its second NSCESL postseason title.

As an undergraduate student at Holy Cross, Kirpas served as the women’s basketball student director of operations for the 2013-14 season. In that role, he assisted with team operations, tracking of prospects, film exchange, travel arrangements and recruitments of practice players. Before that, he had been a practice player for the program, running the scout team starting in 2010.

Kirpas worked in sports information at Assumption College from January-May in 2015. He also has previous experience as student coordinator of intramurals at Holy Cross (2012-14).

A graduate student at Providence College, Kirpas expects to earn his master’s degree in Business Administration in 2017. A Massachusetts native, he resides in Providence, R.I.
