• Had a season-best 12 digs against Furman (Nov. 5)

High School

• Attended Waterdown District High School and played all four years.
• Maintained a 4.0 cumulative grade point average. 
• Played for Team Ontario for three seasons (2019-21) and served as captain in 2020.
• Was a member of the Defensa Volleyball Club under coaches Rob Fernley and Kevin Horne.
• Was awarded the OVA Award of Excellence from (2019-2022).

Personal

• Daughter of Bruce and Kelli McCarles.
• Has two older brothers, Logan and Braedon.
• Logan attended Laurier University and Braedon attended Conestoga College. 
• Her father Bruce was a rugby player at Brock University.
• Chose Rhode Island for the versatile programs, location and opportunities. Felt extremely welcomed and cared for by the coaching staff and teammates. 
• Enjoys spending time with family and friends, her cottage in Muskoka, and paddle boarding.
• Favorite athlete is Victoria Garrick.
• Was a competitive gymnast for eight years before the switch to volleyball.
