• Had season-high in kills (9) and digs (11) against Rhode Island (Oct.14-15)
• Helped propel VCU towards the Atlantic 10 tournament semifinals.

High School:

• Recorded more than 1,000 kills across four seasons at Liberty High School.
• Recorded 397 kills, 250 digs, 48 aces, 24 blocks and a .337 hitting percentage.
• Led Liberty to a 22-2 record and a District 11 Class 4A finals appearance as a senior.
• Was named captain for junior and senior year.
• Named team MVP from 2019-2022, as well as All-State as a senior.
• Selected to the All-Conference First Team in 2021 and 2022.
• Named to the All-Conference Second Team in 2019 and 2020.
• Named LehighValleyLive.com Girls Volleyball Player of the Year in 2022. 
• Played for USANY club and was named captain in her senior year.

• Daughter of Cameron and Karen Houchens.
• Has two older sisters, Madison and Ashley.
• Chose Rhode Island for the volleyball team, location of school and the academics programs
• Enjoys hiking, drawing, painting and paddle boarding.
• Majors in Mass Media and Communications.
