  • Finished 60th, (18:43.9) at the Atlantic 10 Championship.
  • Finished 30th, (18:49.3) at the Brown University Rothenberg Invitational.
  • Finished 161st, (19:39.4) at the New England Championship.
  • Finished 10th, (19:11.9) at the Ted Owen Invitational.

High School

  • Was a member of the cross country and track and field teams at Cumberland High School.
  • Captained her teams from 2014-15.
  • All-Division performer in seven of her eight track seasons (indoor and outdoor combined).
  • Two-time All-Division performer in cross country.
  • Earned All-State accolades in indoor (2014), outdoor (2015) and cross country (2014).
  • Named MVP of her cross country team in 2014.
  • Three consecutive Northern Division titles in the 800m.
  • 2014 Outdoor Class A Champion in the 800m.
  • Set a number of Cumberland High School records, including: freshman indoor 600m, (2012) freshman outdoor 800m, (2012) indoor 600m, (2014) outdoor 800m, (2013, 2014, and 2015) indoor and outdoor 4x800m relay, outdoor 1500m, (2014) and indoor 1000m (2015).

  • Daughter of Scott and Laura Barger.
  • Has one younger brother, Chris.
  • Chose Rhode Island over Northeastern and UMass Amherst.
  • Lists her favorite athletes as Molly Huddle and Alysia Montano.
  • Chose URI because of the campus, facilities, and closeness to home.
  • Favorite teams are the New England Patriots and the Boston Bruins.
  • She loves coffee, animals, attending concerts, drawing, and painting.
  • Majoing in Public Relations with hopes of working for a firm or corporation.
