While with the Hoyas, she coached the Varsity 4+ to a first-place finish at the 2018 Patriot League Championship, the first gold medal in program history at the league championship. Glandorf also has coached the Boston Latin girl's crew team and been a volunteer assistant coach at Boston University (2013).
As a rower, Glandorf won a pair of national titles with Virginia, helping the Cavaliers win it all in 2010 and again in 2012. She rowed from 2008-12. At the NCAA Championships, Glandorf raced in the second varsity 8+ in 2011, which placed fifth, and the varsity 4+ in 2012, which placed second.
