- Earned Atlantic 10 Academic All-Conference honors for the second time in her career
- Earned Collegiate Rowing Coaches Association 2021 National Scholar-Athlete recognition (career GPA higher than a 3.5)
- Rowed in the third seat for the Varsity 8+ that won its flight at the Atlantic 10 Championship (5/15)
- Rowed in the bow seat for the Varsity 8+ boat that beat Boston College and lost to Northeastern and Boston University (5/2)
- Rowed in the bow seat for the Varsity 8+ that defeated Northeastern (4/24)
- Rowed in the second seat for the Varsity 8+ boat that placed first out of six schools at Overpeck Park (4/10)

- Rowed in the bow seat for the Varsity 8+ at the NCAA Championship. The boat finished 21st in its flight and helped URI place 21st nationally (5/31-6/2)
- Rowed in the bow seat for the Varsity 8+ that won its flight at the Atlantic 10 Championship, helping the team win its seventh conference title (5/18)
- Rowed in the bow seat for the Varsity 8+ boat at the Eastern Sprints (5/5)
- Rowed in the bow seat for the Varsity 8+ boat at the Cherry Hill Invitational (4/20)
- Rowed in the bow seat for the Varsity 8+ boat at the George Washington Invitational (4/13)

2018 (Freshman)
- Rowed in the second seat for the Varsity 8+ boat that placed 21st in its heat at the NCAA Championship (5/25 and 5/26)
- Rowed in the second seat for the Varsity 8+ boat that won its flight at the Atlantic 10 Championship, leading the Rams to their sixth conference title (5/5)
- Rowed in the second seat for the Varsity 8+ boat that beat Boston College to win the Resolute Cup. The Rams also beat Bates and fell to Dartmouth (4/21)
- Rowed in the second seat for the Varsity 8+ boat that won the Kerr Cup in Philadelphia (4/14)
- Rowed in the second seat for the Varsity 8+ boat that won its flight on Day One and finished second on Day Two at the George Washington Invitational (4/6 and 4/7)
- Rowed in the second seat for the Varsity 8+ boat at the Doc Hosea Invitational (3/31)
- Made her collegiate debut in the second seat for the Varsity 8+ boat that placed second in the grand final of the Cooper Sprints (3/25)
Before URI
- Attended Champlain Valley Union High School, where she competed on the basketball team for four yearsÂ
- Was a team captain as a senior
- Received the Spirit of the Hoop PHI Award in 2016 and the Leadership Award in 2017
- Helped the team win four straight Vermont state championships from 2013-17
Personal
- Born Oct. 9, 1998
- Daughter of Laura Kalagher and Karl Usher
- Has two sisters, Grace and Abigail
- Considered attending Penn State, Northeastern, Vermont and Connecticut
- Chose Rhode Island because it was similar to her state school while offering an "away from home experience." Also liked the opportunity to major in both Kinesiology and Psychology.
- Enjoys singing, playing the piano and ukulele and basketball
- Favorite athlete is Elena Delle Donne
- Favorite team is the Boston Red Sox
