Before URI: Four-year letterwinner in soccer…Also lettered in track & field...Three-time Scholar-Athlete and Honor Roll member at Tolland H.S.… Was a 2013 All-Central Connecticut Conference team selection...Played club soccer for the Oakwood Soccer Club...Helped Oakwood to three Connecticut State Cup Championships from 2009-2011… Also reached the Region I Semifinals in 2011 and 2012 with Oakwood...ALso played with the North East United and FSA United WHP clubs.
