Biography
2012-13 (SENIOR): Finished first in the 200-yard medley relay (1:51.62), second in the 400-yard freestyle relay (3:49.88), and third in the 50-yard freestyle (25.31) vs. Vermont on Jan. 26… Against Wagner on Jan. 19, she placed second in the 200-yard medley relay (1:50.73), fourth in the 50-yard freestyle (25.29), and sixth in the 100-yard freestyle (55.92)… Placed fifth in the 200-yard freestyle relay (1:43.27) and sixth in the 200-yard medley relay (1:54.54) at the Rhode Island Invitational Jan. 11-12… At the Ed Golden Invitational on Nov. 3 finished first in the 200-yard medley relay (1:51.01).
2011-12 (JUNIOR): Against New Hampshire, earned third in the 50-yard freestyle (25.71)... At the Harold Anderson Invitational, won the 400-yard free relay (3:35.89), earned third in both the 200-yard freestyle relay (1:41.17) and the 200-yard medley relay (1:49.93), sixth in the 50-yard freestyle (25.13), and ninth in the 100-yard free (54.98)... Against Bryant, took second in the 200-yd. medley relay (1:51.75), third in the 200-yd. freestyle relay (1:46.57), sixth in the 50-yd. freestyle (26.14), and eighth in the 100-yd. freestyle (58.82)... At Wagner, earned third in the 200-yard medley relay (1:54.51)... Against Vermont, took second in the 200-yard medley relay (1:52.54) and third in the 200-yard freestyle relay (1:43.16)... In the Atlantic 10 Championships, was part of Rhody's 200 free relay team that finished seventh (1:36.89).
2010-11 (SOPHOMORE): Placed second in the 100-yard freestyle against Maine... Helped the Rams get a win in the 200-yard medley relay at Springfield... A part of the 200-yard freestyle relay that took first at New Hampshire... Finished second in the 50m freestyle at Providence with a time of 28.66... A member of the 400-yard medley team that took first place with a time of 3:57.81, which set a school record at the Harold Anderson Meet... Placed second in the 50-yard freestyle with a time of 25.26 at Bryant... Helped Rhody claim the 200-yard freestyle relay with a time of 1:40.24 at the RI Invitational... A member of the 400-yard medley team that took second place versus Wagner... Helped Rhody win the 400-yard freestyle relay at Dartmouth... A member of the 200-yard freestyle relay team that placed fifth in a time f 1:45.16 at the Atlantic 10 Championships... Also a member of the 200-yard freestyle relay team that finished fifth with a time of 1:35.16 at the A-10 meet.
2009-10 (FRESHMAN): Began her college career with a sixth-place finish in the 50 yard freestyle (26.32) at Maine (10/31)... Took third place in the 50 yard freestyle (25.83) against Springfield (11/14)... Member of the second place 400 yard freestyle relay team (3:42.05) against Fordham and Duquesne (11/21)... Placed third in the 50 yard freestyle (25.27)...Helped the 200 yard freestyle relay team place second (1:40.56) at the Harold Anderson Invite (12/5).
HIGH SCHOOL: Lettered in swimming and track & field at Parsippany High School... Captained her swim team as a junior and senior... Was the secretary of the student council and the editor of her school yearbook.
PERSONAL: Born August 23, 1991... Daughter of Thomas and Marie Morrison... Has two sisters, Jessica and Laura... Enjoys going to the beach, music and traveling... Lists Michael Phelps as her favorite athlete... Majoring in kinesiology.
