Biography
2011-12 (JUNIOR): In Rhody's eighth straight win against Springfield, earned sixth in the 200-yard medley relay (2:01.73).
2010-11 (SOPHOMORE): Helped the 5x100-yard freestyle relay team post a time of 4:56.47 versus Maine... Helped lead the 200-yard freestyle relay team to a second place finish with a time of 1:39.64 at Springfield... A part of the 200 SC meter medley relay team that took second at Providence... Posted a time of 26.55 in the 50-yard freestyle at the Harold Anderson Meet... Led the 8x50-yard medley relay team to a fourth place finish at Bryant... Recorded a time of 1:08.38 in the 100-yard backstroke at the R.I. Invitational... Placed sixth in the 100-yard backstroke versus Wagner.
2009-10 (FRESHMAN): Did not compete.
HIGH SCHOOL: Lettered in both swimming and field hockey at Vineland High School.
PERSONAL: Born September 27, 1991... Daughter of Gene and Caroline Mainiero... Has one brother, Geno, and three sisters, Felicia, Anna Marie and Angelina... Enjoys field hockey, dancing and being with friends and family... Lists Michael Phelps and Kobe Bryant as her favorite athletes and the University of Michigan and Rutgers football as her favorite teams... A kinesiology major.
