2012-13 (SENIOR): Won the 400-yard freestyle relay (3:35.68) and finished second in the 200-yard butterfly (2:14.16) and the 100-yard butterfly vs. Vermont on Jan. 26. Also placed third in the 200-yard freestyle (1:56.38)… Against Wagner on Jan. 19, she won the 200-yard medley relay (1:50.70), the 100-yard butterfly (59.43), and the 400-yard freestyle relay (3:35.86). Also placed third in the 200-yard butterfly (2:09.37)… Won the 400-yard medley relay (3:58.45) at the Rhode Island Invitational Jan. 11-12. Also placed second in the 200-yard freestyle relay (1:39.37), 200-yard butterfly (2:10.92), and the 400-yard freestyle relay (3:37.08), and finished third in the 100-yard butterfly (59.37)… At Bryant on Dec. 8 finished third in the 200-yard freestyle (2:00.40) and the 100-yard butterfly (1:00.69)… In the Harold Anderson Invitational on Nov. 30-Dec. 1, placed first in the 400-yard medley relay (3:53.87), 200-yard butterfly (2:06.70). Placed second in the 500-yard freestyle (5:06.50) and 400-yard freestyle relay (3:37.15). Also finished third in the 100-yard butterfly (59.21)… At Providence on Nov. 14, placed first in the 100-meter butterfly (1:07.47) and second in the 200-meter freestyle (2:11.65)… Placed first at New Hampshire on Nov. 11 in the 400-yard freestyle relay (3:37.43), second in the 100-yard butterfly (1:02.02), and third in the 400-yard medley relay (4:04.09)… At the Ed Golden Invitational on Nov. 3 finished first in the 500-yard freestyle (5:14.33). Placed second in the 200-yard medley relay (1:53.01) and the 200-yard butterfly (2:12.36)… In the Rams opening meet against Maine on Oct. 26, placed first in the 200-yard medley relay (1:48.32) and in the 400-yard freestyle relay (3:35.74).
2011-12 (JUNIOR): At Rhody's opening meet at Maine, won the 200-yard butterfly (2:09.12), and earned second in the 200-yard medley relay (1:51.06), the 500-yard freestyle (5:18.03), and the 200-yard freestyle relay (1:39.27)... In Rhode Island's eighth straight win against Springfield, was named Performer of the Meet after winning the 200-yard freestyle (1:58.59), the 200-yard butterfly (2:09.87), and the 100-yard butterfly (59.58)... Against New Hampshire, won the 1,000-yard freestyle (10:40.59) and the 100-yard butterfly (59.82), and placed second in the 200-yard freestyle relay (1:43.56)... Named Performer of the Meet for the second time for performances at the Harold Anderson Invitational. Nugent set a new pool, meet, and varsity record in her winning 100-yard fly (57.65). Also won the 200-yard fly (2:03.70) and the 200-yard freestyle relay (1:37.54), earned second in the 400-yard free relay (3:36.21), the 400-yard medley relay (3:56.27), and the 500-yard freestyle (5:03.94)... Against Bryant, won both the 200-yd. freestyle relay (1:39.41) and the 200-yd. butterfly (2:10.55), took second in the 1,000-yd. freestyle (10:56.02), and third in the 500-yd. freestyle (5:22.29)... Won the 200-yard butterfly (2:10.81), took third in the 200-yard freestyle relay (1:39.09) and 200-yard medley relay (1:53.12), and tied for third with Colette Aubin in the 100-yard butterfly (1:00.64) in the R.I. Invitational... At Wagner, won the 200-yard medley relay (1:51.35), the 400-yard freestyle relay (3:36.57), the 200-yard butterfly (2:09.69), and the 100-yard butterfly (59.37)... Against Vermont, won both the 200-yard freestyle relay (1:38.99) and the 100-yard butterfly (1:00.12), and took second in both the 200-yard freestyle (1:55.39) and the 200-yard butterfly (2:13.24)... Against Dartmouth and Northeastern, took third in the 400-yard freestyle relay (3:37.79)... In the Atlantic 10 Championships, was part of Rhody's 800-yard freestyle relay that earned fifth in 7:32.14. Also broke the team record in the 500 free and placed 14th in 5:03.90. In the 200 free relay, the team finished seventh (1:36.89). As part of Rhody's 400-yard medley relay team, earned seventh (3:51.62). In the 200-yard butterfly, finished seventh in 2:04.70. In the 400-yard freestyle relay, Rhode Island was tied for sixth with Xavier and was seven points behind Duquesne. Rhody finished sixth with a new school record (3:28.35), which was just enough for the Rams to finish one point ahead of Duquesne overall.
2010-11 (SOPHOMORE): Placed first in three events against Maine: the 1000 yard freestyle (1:48.36), the 200-yard butterfly (2:09.93) and the 500-yard freestyle (5:16.40)... Claimed the top spot in the 200-yard freestyle and the 500-yard freestyle at Springfield... Won the 1000-yard freestyle at New Hampshire... Won the 200m butterfly in a time of 2:26.29 at Providence... Won the 500-yard freestyle in a time of 5:09.02 at the Harold Anderson Meet... A member of the 3x100-yard butterfly relay team that took first in a time of 3:07.85 at Bryant... Claimed the 500-yard freestyle event with a time of 5:12.86 versus Wagner... Posted second place finishes in the 100-yard freestyle (10:50.73) and 500-yard freestyle (5:09.02) at Vermont... A member of the 800-yard freestyle relay team that finished fourth with a time of 7:31.05 at the Atlantic 10 Championships... Closed out the A-10 meet with a fourth place finish in the 200-yard butterfly.
2009-10 (FRESHMAN): Opened her collegiate career by winning the 500 yard freestyle (5:15.22) 1,000 yard freestyle (10:43.35) at Maine (10/31)... Apart of the first place 200 yard medley relay team (1:53.96) also added first place finishes in the 200 yard freestyle (1:58.81) and 100 yard butterfly (1:01.04) against Providence (11/7)... Took first place in the 200 yard butterfly (2:11.35) against Springfield (11/14)... Placed second in the 1,000 yard freestyle (10:43.58) and fourth in the 500 yard freestyle (5:15.17) against Fordham and Duquesne (11/21... Apart of the second place 400 yard medley relay team (4:05.29) and 200 yard freestyle relay team (1:40.56)... took first place in the 500 yard freestyle (5:09.46), 1,650 yard freestyle (10:41.62) and 200 yard freestyle (1:55.48) at the Harold Anderson Invite (12/5).
HIGH SCHOOL: Swam on the county record setting 200 medley relay team for head coach Glen Nielsen... Two-year state finalist, and her 200 medley relay team placed second in 2008... Selected USA Scholastic All-American... Earned All-State and All-County honors...National Honor Society member... President of Students Putting an End to Cancer Society... a part of the Long Island Express for 3 years under Coach Rob Orto.
