2012-13 (Graduate): Indoor: Placed fifth (3561) in the pentathlon at the ECAC Championship, winning the 60m hurdles (8.79)… Finished sixth in the 400m dash (56.40) at the New England Championship… Won the Atlantic 10 Pentathlon with 3660 points. Was a member of the 4x400m relay team that won the event in 3:52.20 at the Atlantic 10 Championship. Also finished second in the 60m hurdles (8.65) and sixth in the 200m dash (25.37)… Won the 200m dash (25.40) and finished second in the 60m hurdles (8.83) and the 4x400m relay (4:01.55) at the Coaches Tribute Invitational… Placed ninth in the 4x400m relay (3:51.89), 13th in the 400m dash (56.73), and 15th in the 60m hurdles (9.11) at the Terrier Invitational… Won the 60m hurdles (8.72) at the Sorlien Invitational. Also finished second in the 200m dash (25.84) and the 500m dash (1:18.08), and fourth in the long jump (17’6)… Placed first in the 4x400m relay (4:01.89). Won the 60m hurdles (8.80) at the GoRhody Invitational on Jan. 11… Finished second at the URI Pentathlon on Dec. 7 with 3564 points. She finished first in the 60m hurdles (8.77) and the 800m run (2:21.95) in the event… Placed first in the 60m hurdles (8:85) at the Alden Invitational on Dec.1.

2011-12 (Senior): Outdoor: At Northeastern, won the 400-meter dash (57.56) and the 100-meter hurdles (14.64) and placed second in the 200-meter dash (25.55)... At the North Florida Invitational won her heat of the 100m hurdles final and finished fourth overall in a season best and ECAC qualfying time of 14.20... At the UConn All-Region Invitational, earned second in the 4x400m relay (3:56.23) and third in the 100m hurdles (14.26)... At the Brown Invitational won the 100m hurdles in an ECAC time of 14.34, but ran a season best and faster time of 13.97 in her preliminary race. Was also second in the 400m with a personal best and ECAC mark of 55.87, which makes her the second best URI individual all-time and sets a new senior class record. Sheehan finished by placing second in the 200m with time of 24.97 that makes her the ninth best URI individual all-time and also won the 4x100m relay in a season best and ECAC time of 46.46, which is the team's second best mark all-time.

Indoor: At the URI Invite, won both the 60m hurdles (9.15) and the 200m dash (25.98), and earned second in the 60m dash (8.02)... At the Torpey Tribute, ran season best marks of 8.98 in the 60 hurdles (third) and 25.90 in the 200 Meters (fifth)... At the Boston University Valentine Invitational, ran a season best in the 400m (56.24) and in the 200m (25.22). Her all-time best indoor in the 400m is 56.09.

2010-11 (Junior): Outdoor: Recorded a tenth place finish in the 100m hurdles (14.17), an eighth place finish in the 400m hurdles (1:02.24) and an eighth place finish in the 4x100m relay (46.92) at the UCF Invitational...Placed eighth in the 100m hurdles, fourth in the 4x400m relay, and won the 400m hurdles at the UConn All-Region Invitational... Finished 18th in the 400m hurdles (1:01.37) and 26th in the 100m hurdles (14.32) at the Mt. Sac Relays... Placed 19th in the 110m hurdles at the Beach Invitational.

Indoor: Finished fifth in the long jump and eighth in the shot put at the URI Invitational... Finished fourth in the Harvard Multi Meet with 3445 points... Finished third in the 60m hurdles with a time of 8.90 at the Giegengack Invitational... A member of the 4x400m relay team that took first in a time of 3:50.04 at the Valentine Invitational... Finished runner-up in the 55m hurdles (8.29), third in the 400m (57.07), and fourth in the 4x400m relay (3:54.30) at the Atlantic 10 Championships to earn second team all-conference honors... Placed sixth in the 200m at the New England Championships... Finished runner-up in the pentathlon with a personal-best 3693 points at the ECAC Championships. 

2008-09 (Freshman): Outdoor: Selected Atlantic 10 Most Outstanding Rookie performer after she won the 400-meter hurdles, posting a time of 1:00.64... Ran the first leg of the 4x400 meter relay team at the Atlantic 10 championships, which finished in a time of 3:46.83... Finished third in the 400m dash, clocking a time of 56.31 at the New England championships (5/9)... Placed fifth at the ECAC championships in the 400m hurdles, clocking a time of 1:00.25.

Indoor: Finished second in the 500-meter run, clocking a time of 1:17.22 and qualified for the New England championships in the 55-meter hurdles at the Sorlein Invitational (1/17)... Captured second place in the 400m dash at the Boston University Terrier Invitational, with a time of 57.03 (10/24)...Was the champion of the 55 meter hurdles (8.23), the 200m dash (25.79), and was a member of the champion 4x400m relay team (3:56.38) at the URI Invitational (2/1)...Finished second in the 500m run (1:14.48), fourth in the 55m hurdles (8.29), while also earning a third place finish as a member of the 4x400m relay team (3:52.65) at the Atlantic-10 Indoor Championships (2/21)...Finished in third place in the 400m dash (56.09) and as also a member of the champion 4x400m relay team (3:46.95) at the New England Indoor Championships, (2/28). 

High School: Lettered in basketball, field hockey and swimming at St. Angeles Secondary High School... Captained her Irish School International Team... Member of the Dean's List.
