  • Placed seventh in the 400m with an ECAC Championship qualifying time of 55.70 at the NC State Raleigh Relays.

  • Finished fifth in the 400m dash (55.77s) and third in the 4x400m relay (3:43.83) at the Atlantic 10 Championship.
  • Finished third in the 200m dash (25.63s) at the Stonehill Skyhawk Invitational.
  • Won the 400m dash (55.39s) and finished seventh in the 200m dash (24.76s) at the Mark Young Yale Invitational.

  • Finished 14th in the 400m dash (56.82) and was a member of the 4x400m relay team that finished fourth (3:53.60) at the NYC Gotham Cup.
  • Won the 300m dash (40.30s, program record) and the 4x400 relay (3:59.88) at the Brown University Alden Invitational.

2013-14:

  • Finished seventh in the 400m dash (56.51) and fifth in the 4x400m relay (3:51.18) at the New England Championship.
  • Finished 24th in the 1500m run (4:58.42), seventh in the 400m dash (57.12) and seventh in the 4x400m relay (3:53.38) at the Atlantic 10 Outdoor Championship.
  • Finished 21st in the 4x200m relay (1:38.12) and eighth in the 4x200m ECAC relay at the Penn Relays (1:38.82).
  • Finished fifth in the 400m dash (58.93) and first in the 4x400m relay (3:58.53) at the Yale Invitational.
  • Finished third in the 200m dash (25.62) and second in the 4x400m relay (3:52.77) at the Brown Invitational.
  • Finished second in the 200m dash (25.24) and the 400m dash (55.94) at the UConn Invitational.

  • Finished fourth in the 400m dash (55.29) and fourth in the 4x400m relay (3:49.30) at the New England Championship.
  • Finished sixth in the 400m dash (56.86) and fifth in the 4x400m relay (3:52.91) at the Atlantic 10 Indoor Championship.
  • Won the Atlantic 10 Performer of the Week Award on Feb. 17.
  • Won the 200m dash (26.21) and was part of the winning 4x400m relay team (4:13.80) at the Brown Collegiate Invitational.
  • Finished 20th in the 400m dash (57.26) and ninth in the 4x400m relay (3:52.14) at the Valentine Invitational.
  • Was part of the winning 4x400m relay team (4:02.73) at the URI Coaches' Invitational.
  • Won the 400m dash (58.67) at the Brown University Alden Invitational.
  • Finished second in the 500m dash (1:16.80) at the Sorlien Invitational.

2012-13:

• Outdoor
  • Was a member of the team that finished eighth in the 4x400m relay (3:53.48) at the Atlantic 10 Outdoor Championship.
  • Placed third in the 4x400m relay (3:52.79) and sixth in the 400m dash (58.32) at the UConn Invitational.
  • Finished fifth in the 4x400m relay (3:57.38) at the Charlotte 49er Classic.
• Indoor
  • Was a member of the 4x400m relay team that won the event (3:52.20) at the Atlantic 10 Indoor Championship.
  • Placed ninth in the 4x400m relay (3:51.89) and eleventh in the 500m dash (1:16.83) at the Terrier Invitational.
  • Finished second in the 4x400m relay (4:00.49) and third in the 400m dash (59.16) at the Sorlien Invitational.
  • Placed first in the 4x400m relay (4:01.89) and the 500m dash (1:18.27) at the GoRhody Invitational.

• Placed fourth at states in the 600m in 2010
• Named All America, placing fifth in the sprint medley relay and sixth in the 4x400 in indoor track & field in 2012 at the New Balance Nationals
• In 2009, was a national champion in the 4x800 (NSIC) and New Balance Games Champion
• Was the National Champion in the 4x800 in 2009
• Received Academic Achievement and First Honors for a 90+ average in 2012
• Volunteered at the NYC ING Marathon 2009-12
• Also volunteered at a nursing home and was the Starlets TC track team assistant coach.
