2011-12 (Senior): Indoor: In the Torpey Tribute, ran a season best time of 1:20.23 in the 500m... At the Boston University Valentine Invitational, ran a season best 1:17.55 in the 500m, qualifying for New England's and is the URI event leader so far. Also ran a 26.77 in the 200m. Outdoor: At the Charlotte 49er Classic, part of the 4x400 meter relay team to earn fourth in 3:58.69... At Northeastern, finished sixth (1:01.07) in the 400-meter dash... At the UConn All-Region Invitational, placed seventh in the 800m run (2:24.54).

2010-11 (Junior): Indoor: Finished runner-up in the 300m at the Alden Invitational in a time of 41.29... Won the 500m in a time of 1:16.31 and helped Rhody to a top finish in the 4x400m relay at the URI Sorlien Invitational... Finished runner-up in the 400m in a time of 57.92 at the URI Invitational... Place fourth in the 400m and was a member of the 4x400m relay team that finish sixth at the Terrier Classic... A member of the 4x400m relay team that took first in a time of 3:50.04 at the Valentine Invitational... Finished seventh in the 500m (1:16.72) and helped Rhody to a fourth place finish in the 4x400m relay (3:54.30) at the Atlantic 10 Championships... Posted a fifth place finish in the 400m at the New England Championships... Finished 12th in the 400m at the ECAC Championships. Outdoor: Posted a time of 2:19.64 in the 800m run at the UCF Invitational...Placed nineteenth in the 200m dash, ninth in the 400m dash, and fourth in the 4x400m relay at the UConn All-Region Invitational... Finished 13th in the 800m run in a time of 2:22.41 at the Brown Outdoor Invitational.

2008-09 (Sophomore): Indoor: Won the 400-meter dash (58.51) and qualified for the New England championships at the Sorlien Invitational (1/17)... Took fifth at the Boston University Terrier Invitational in the 400m dash with a time of 57.51(10/24)...Took fourth place in the 200m dash with a time of 26.74 and was a member of the champion 4x400m relay team (3:56.38) at the URI Invitational (2/1)...Collected a runner up finish in the 400m dash (56.90), while also earning a third place finish as a member of the 4x400m relay team (3:52.65) at the Atlantic-10 Indoor Championships (2/21)... Was a member of the champion 4x400m relay team (3:46.95) at the New England Indoor Championships (2/28). Outdoor: Placed seventh in the 400 meter dash at the Atlantic 10 championships (5/3) in a time of 56.75... Ran on the 4x100 and 4x400 relay teams, which finished sixth and third, respectively at the Atlantic 10 championships... Posted a time of 25.76 in the 200m and recorded a mark of 57.15 in the 400m at the Sun Angel Track Classic (4/12)... Finished third in the 200m dash, finishing in a time of 26.73 at the Stonehill Invitational (4/5).

2007-08 (Freshman): Indoor: Finished the 200-meter dash in second with a time of 26.57 at the URI New Year Classic (Jan 11.)... Finished ninth in the 200m with a time of 25.72 at the New England Championships (Feb. 29)... Her time of 25.72 was the second-best performance in the 200m during the year... Finished fifth at the New England Championships (March 1) with a time of 56.49 in the 400m.

High School: Earned five varsity letters in three years as a member of track & field program at Colonie ... selected Team MVP all four years ... 2005 Rookie of the Year ... member of championship 4x100 outdoor relay team in 2006 and 2007 ... historian for DECA ... Vice President of FBLA.
