SAINT LOUIS - Rhode Island freshman Jillian Bekke tallied a team-high 15 kills, but it was Saint Louis downing the Rams, 3-1 (30-19, 30-26, 28-30, 30-15) in Atlantic 10 women's volleyball action this afernoon.

Freshman libero Leslie Wiekamp was credited with a team-high 17 digs for the Rams (6-16, 1-8 A-10), while sophomore outside hitter Joanna Mitchell added 12 digs.

Junior outside hitter Rachel Bello also reached double figures with 11 kills for URI.

Rhode Island continutes its six-match road swing on Friday (Oct. 28) with a 7:00 p.m. match at Atlantic 10 rival Dayton.
