How it Happened:

Richmond earned the only goal of the game at 75:46. The Spiders' Liza Koch took a corner kick at 75:27 and the ball bounced off of Rhode Island's Jennifer Barrientos' foot into the Rams' net for an own goal.

  • With the loss, Rhode Island stands at 6-10-1 overall and 1-6-1 in Atlantic 10 play.
  • Richmond improves to 12-4-3 overall and 6-1-1 in A-10.
