KINGSTON, R.I. -- On Friday night, Rhode Island
looks to win its fourth straight match and extend its unbeaten
streak to five as it takes on New Hampshire at the URI Soccer
Complex. Kickoff time in Kingston is set for 7 p.m.
The Rams (3-0-1) are coming off a 2-1 victory over Syracuse this
past weekend. Dariann Sellitti
and Stephanie Santos
each tallied goals, while Adrienne Ruhe
Lischke recorded two assists.
UNH enters Friday night with an 0-4 mark on the season. The
Wildcats dropped matches at Oregon and against Oregon State this
past weekend.
URI and UNH have met on 25 previous occasions, with the Rams
compiling an 8-16-1 overall mark. Last season, the two teams played
to a 1-1 draw.
