Box Score How It Happened:
Dayton outplayed the Rams for the entirety of the game, giving Rhody its fourth straight loss and third consecutive shutout. Rhody has not scored a goal in the last 334:54.
The star of the day for the Flyers was senior Stephanie Emery scoring two goals in the 28th and 56th minutes. Juliana Libertin assisted on both goals by Emery as well as assisting on a later goal by Nicole Waters. Waters also had two assists.
The first goal of the day was scored by freshman Meghan Blank in the 21st minute, which would turn out to be the game-winner.
