How it Happened: 
The game was scoreless for the first 56 minutes of play, before Saint Joseph's Hannah Racis put the Hawks on the board in the 57th minute. Prior to the goal, URI's keeper Katie Nickles had stopped all five shots that came her way. In the 72nd minute the Hawk's Shannon Mulvey added some insurance when she headed a ball off a free kick past Nickles to put the Hawks up 2-0.

  • The loss drops Rhody to 3-8-1 (0-3-0 A-10) while St. Joe's improves to 7-5-0 (1-2-0 A-10).
  • Freshman Emily Wakeford led the Rams with three shots. 
  • Wakeford and Ellie Bailes were the only Rhody players to put a shot on goal.
  • Emily Gingrich led the Hawks with 11 shot attempts, three of which were on frame.
