How It Happened
The Rams secured their second win of their 2016 campaign with a 2-0 decision against Maine on Sunday afternoon. Junior Taylor Ross had her first career multi-goal game with two second half tallies which proved to be the difference in the match. The first was set up from a kick in the corner by Donika Murray, which Svana Hermansdottir headed to Ross for the score. Jennifer Mencos assisted on Ross' second goal off of a lead pass right to left. Goalkeeper Katie Nickles kept the goal empty for her second shut out of the 2016 season.
