Highlights from the Track

  • Joseph Carter won the 200 meter dash in 22.41 seconds. Carter finished fifth in the 60 meter dash final in 7.12 seconds. Adam Franklin finished fifth in the 200 meters in 23.00 seconds. Julian Thomson was sixth in 23.07 seconds. Callan Davies finished 15th, crossing the finish line in 23.87 seconds.
  • Franklin was third in the 60 meter hurdles (8.37s) and Callan Davies was fifth (8.65s).
  • Anthony Delasanta won the 400 meter in 49.03 seconds. Jordan Ross finished second (50.32s). De'Von McGriff was fourth in 50.76 seconds.
  • Dimitri Pray finished sixth in the 500 meters in 1:07.14.
  • In the 800 meters, Shawn Carlson finished fifth (1:57.43) and Nicholas Fitch finished seventh (1:58.44).
  • Kellen Waters was second in the 1000 meters (2:29.48).
  • Rock Fortna was the top finisher for the Rams in the mile. He finished eighth (4:26.16) while Tyler Rubush (4:27.62), Colin Gardina (4:30.46), Matthew Vinacco (4:30.57), Connor Gralton (4:31.11), Eric Zulkofske (4:32.98), and Brian Coyne (4:33.67) all crossed the finish line for Rhody.
  • Timothy Slack was fourth in the 3000 meters in 8:58.14.
  • The Distance Medley Relay team of Tyler Rubush, Dimitri Pray, Nicholas Fitch, and Rock Fortna finished third in 10:31.95.
  • Jack Reichenbach won the high jump with a mark of 6' 7". Eric Wicks was third with a 6' 5" jump. Quindel Wilson finished fifth, also with a 6'5" mark.
  • Ryan Wilkes placed second in the pole vault after clearing 16' .75". Stephen Cirella finished 15th (12' 7.5").
  • Rhody took the 1-2-3 in the long jump, with Trevor Rooney placing first (22' 9.75"), Eric Wicks second (22' 7.75") and Jack Reichenbach third (22' 5").
  • Trevor Rooney finished fourth in the triple jump (44' 11.5") and Joseph Carter was sixth (42' 3.5").
  • Derek Jacobs was the top finisher for the Rams in the shot put, placing third with a throw of 50' 8.75". Oliver Gunski was seventh (47' 5.75"), Andrew Birgin eighth (46' 3.5"), and Nicholas White was ninth (46' 3.25").
  • Thomas Vadis placed second in the weight throw with a mark of 61' .75". Other finishers for the Rams included Johnathan Buchanan (50' 6.25"), Abraham Salako (50' 4"), and Derek Jacobs (43' 3.25").
