Boston College (3-2) built a 22-point advantage in the second, but Rhode Island cut the lead to 16 after Erin Jones hit a 3-pointer to make the score 39-23 going into halftime.

Coming out of the locker room, Rhody got within eight (45-37) thanks to a 12-6 run with points from Jones (4), Vargas (4), Moffitt (2), and Brown (2). That was the closest the Rams would get.
