Rhode Island (3-18, 0-8 Atlantic 10) fell twice at Saint Joseph's, losing by scores of 12-2 and 10-0 on the third day of three straight doubleheaders against the Hawks. Rhody served as the home team in both games.

Game 1 – Saint Joseph's 12, Rhode Island 2 (5 inn.)
Saint Joseph's scored the first five runs of the game, building a five-run lead early. URI got two runs back in the bottom of the second inning.
Caileigh Holland drove in
Cassie Swenson with an RBI single, and
Susan Harrison delivered
Skyler Rapuano with a sacrifice fly to cut into the lead.
However, the Hawks (19-6, 12-2 A-10) got the two runs back in the top of the third and then put the game away with a five-run fifth. Despite getting eight hits, Rhode Island did not score any more runs.

Game 2 – Saint Joseph's 10, Rhode Island 0 (5 inn.)
A seven-run rally in the top of the third inning broke the game open for Saint Joseph's. Rhode Island was limited to two hits by Amanda Herr, who struck out four batters and did not allow any walks en route to the shutout.
