Set One – Rhode Island 25, Bryant 14
Bryant jumped out to a quick 3-0 lead, but Rhody recovered with a 12-2 run, pulling ahead 12-5 and never looking back. A solo block by Mariah Paulette made it 21-12 Rams and Bryant scored just two more points as URI cruised to the opening-set victory.

Set Two – Bryant 25, Rhode Island 13
Bryant took charge in the second set and built up a 10-6 lead that forced URI to call a timeout. The Rams got within two at 12-10, but Bryant scored six in a row to stretch its lead to 18-10. The Bulldogs then closed on a 7-3 run to win the set and even the match at one apiece.

Set Three – Bryant 25, Rhode Island 14
The third set was back and forth scoring early on, but Bryant led throughout. A kill by Claire Wagner got the Rams within one at 6-5, but the Bulldogs claimed eight of the next 10 points to build a 14-7 advantage. Bryant then outscored Rhody 11-7 down the stretch to take a 2-1 lead in the match.

Set Four – Bryant 25, Rhode Island 22
Bryant kept things rolling in the fourth and final set, scoring the first three points and then pushing the lead to 11-4. Rhody managed to cut the deficit to four twice – on kills by Brittany Myers that made it 17-13 and 18-14 – and again on Jamie Smith service ace that made the score 23-19. An ace by Wagner later trimmed it to two (24-22) but Bryant finished things off with a match-clinching 25-22 win.
