KINGSTON, R.I. — Rhode Island will make just its second postseason appearance in program history after receiving a bid to the WNIT Sunday. The field of 64 was announced with a mix of Power 5 notables and mid-majors. With Dayton receiving an at-large bid to the NCAA Tournament, Rhode Island (22-6) will make a WNIT appearance by way of automatic berth as the second-highest seed in the Atlantic 10.
