  • Historically, the Rams are 2-28 all-time against the Scarlet Knights.
  • The last Rhody win in the series was Jan.14, 1994 in Kingston. URI won 99-80.

  • The game is the second road contest of the season for URI, and the first since opening the season with a win at Manhattan.

SCOUTING THE SCARLET KNIGHTS

  • Rutgers women's basketball will welcome over 6,000 students from schools across New Jersey to Jersey Mike's Arena for its annual Recess Day.
  • The Scarlet Knights fell to Stony Brook, 71-54, last time out.
  • Nene Ndiaye (16) and Imani Lester (11) both reached double figures while Janae Walker's six rebounds paced the team off the glass.

DOUBLE TROUBLE

  • The posts are led by Associate head coach Adeniyi Amadou who recruited the international student-athletes to Kingston.
  • Both Mbu and Syla enter Thursday's game averaging double figures.
