- The Rams have a 6-4 record against the Patriots.
- This is the first meeting between the sides since Oct. 15, 2022, when Rhody edged Mason 2-1 in Kingston.
- Before that, the teams last played in 2018.
- Cassidy Tanddo is the only Ram to play against George Mason in his career, having gone up against the Patriots while he was with Saint Joseph's last season.

- Rhody has won two straight games, and three of the last four meetings, including the A10 Championship in 2018.
- Rhode Island has never won at George Mason, going 0-4 in Fairfax. Rhody had four wins at home and two neutral-site wins against the Patriots.
A LOOK AT THE PATRIOTS
- George Mason currently sits tied for fourth in the A10 standings, with ten points and have secured a spot in the postseason.
- After a slow start, George Mason has three straight wins in conference play.
- The Patriots were picked to finish third in the A10 in the preseason poll, after finishing last season in fifth.

- Angel Hernandez has started 10 out of 12 games this season in net, posting a 4-4-1 record with a 1.40 GAA and .720 save percentage.
GOBA AN INSPIRATION TO RHODE ISLAND
- Redshirt junior Daniel Goba is back with the Rams after missing most of last season due to a brain tumor.
- The North Kingstown native had two goals in the first four games of 2025, proving to be an impact player immediately.
- However, doctors discovered the tumor following an emergency trip to the hospital.
- Goba underwent surgery to remove the tumor, ending his season prematurely.
- He returned to full training with the team last February and played 30 minutes in a match against Bryant just five months after the surgery.
- His fellow student-athletes voted Goba as URI's Comeback Ram of the Year at the Rammy Awards.
- Goba has appeared in all 15 games this season and just scored his first goal against Dayton on Oct. 21.
- It is his first goal and points since Sept. 1, 2025.
- Goba spent the first two seasons of his career at Division III Salve Regina, where he had 19 goals in 37 matches.
