• Outdoor:
  • Won the 800m (1:53.62) at the Holy Cross Invite.
  • Won the 800m (1:53.64) and placed third in the 4x400m relay (3:25.43) at the UConn Northeast Invitational.
  • Placed third in the 4x800m relay (7:38.03) and finished fifth in the 800m final (1:51.64) at the Atlantic 10 Championship.
  • Won the 4x800m relay (7:40.27) and the 800m final (1:49.53) at the New England Championship.
  • Finished third in his heat in the 800m first round (1:49.82) to automatically qualify for the quarterfinals where he finished 19th (1:50.80) at the NCAA East Preliminaries.

2019-20

• Indoor:
  • Finished 30th in the 1000m (2:31.82) at the BU Terrier Classic.
  • Placed second in the distance medley relay (9:59.79) and third in the 4x800m relay (7:41.65) at the New England Championship.
  • Won the 4x800m relay (8:13.29) at the URI Coaches Tribute.
  • Finished 28th in the 1000m (2:28.23) at the BU Valentine Invite.
  • Won the 4x800m relay (7:44.46), the distance medley relay (10:10.36) and finished fourth in the 800m (1:57.65) at the Atlantic 10 Championship.
  • Finished fifth in the 1000m (2:29.02) at the IC4A Championship.

Before URI

• Attended Council Rock High School South.
• Earned 11 varsity letters in his high school career.
• Captained the cross country, indoor and outdoor track teams as a senior.
• Was a seven-time league champion in cross country and track.
• As a senior was the Bucks County Cross Country Athlete of the Year

• Born Nov. 8, 2000.
• Son of Sandee and Kevin Ochs.
• Chose Rhode Island over Penn State, Lehigh, Northeastern and Boston University.
• Decided on Rhode Island because of the track & field’s program’s history of winning, culture and the university’s engineering program.
• Enjoys running, playing any and all sports and fishing.
• Favorite athletes are Chase Utley and Brian Dawkins.
• Favorite teams are the Philadelphia Eagles, Phillies, Sixers and Flyers.
• Majoring in civil engineering with hopes of owning his own engineering firm.
