Q: Where can I get single-game tickets?
A: Single-game tickets for Rhode Island football, men's basketball and women's basketball can be purchased in person at the Ryan Center Box Office, by phone at (401) 874-RAMS (7267), or by clicking here.

Q: What type of payment do you accept at the Ryan Center Box Office?
A: The Ryan Center Box Office accepts cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Ryan Center Gift Cards. We accept checks for season ticket payments only.

Q: What are the hours at the Ryan Center Box Office?
A: From September through April, the box office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 am until 4:00 pm, and closed on weekends.  From May through August, the box office is open Monday through Thursday from 9:00 am until 4:00 pm and closed on Fridays and weekends. For any event, the box office will be open at least 90 minutes prior to the event.

Q: Where can I park when visiting the Ryan Center Box Office?
A: If you are purchasing tickets on a non-event day, enter the University on Plains Road and follow it around to the Ryan Center. There is a parking lot directly in front of the building. On event days, there is a large paid parking lot across the street from the building.  The RAM lot in front of the north lobby is pass-only.  Free parking for events is located in the Keaney Lot off of route 138.

Q: Where can I get season tickets?
A: Season tickets for Rhode Island football, men's basketball and women's basketball can be purchased in person at the Ryan Center Box Office, by calling (401) 874-RAMS, or by clicking here.

Q: What are the prices for URI athletic events?
A: For football and men's basketball, prices are based on what part of the stadium/arena you wish to sit in. For women's basketball, there are adult, child, senior and faculty/staff prices. For more information, click here.

Q: I ordered tickets for a URI athletic event through GoRhody or a friend is leaving me tickets and I will be picking them up at the game. Where is will call?
A: Will call can be found in the Main Ticketing Tower on the north side of the Ryan Center. The north side is reached by entering the University at Plains Road.

Q: I need accessible seating for a URI athletic event. Who do I contact?
A: Accessible seating can be purchased in person at the Ryan Center Box Office or by calling (401) 874-RAMS. Seats are available in most price levels.

Q: I am interested in getting tickets to an away game. Do you offer these tickets?
A: URI Athletics/Ryan Center occasionally has limited tickets to away games, depending on home team availability and RAMS fund level.  For more information for Football away games, click here.  For Men's basketball away games, click here.

Q: I am a parent or friend of a URI athlete. Where do I pick up the tickets they have left for me?
A: All tickets will be distributed via mobile ticketing for URI player guests

All tickets will be distributed to the cell phone (priority) or e-mail provided by the player.  Multiple tickets can be sent to a person if guests are arriving together, and the player provides the same number for those guests.  All questions can be answered by call the Ryan Center box office at (401) 874-7267, or by arriving at the box office window starting 90 minutes prior to the game.  There might be delays if guest tickets need to be printed.

Q: I am a URI student. What is the ticket policy?
A: URI students receive one free ticket to each Rhode Island athletic event. A student can only bring their own ID.  Please refer to the student ticket policy here.

Q: I've lost my tickets. What do I do?
A: If you are a season ticket or mini-plan holder, please visit the Ryan Center Box Office or call (401) 874-RAMS. If you purchased individual game tickets through GoRhody, please contact customer service at (401) 874-7267. If you purchased tickets at the Box Office with cash, there is nothing that can be done. Tickets are like currency and cannot be traced or replaced if lost.

Q: I am interested in renting a suite for a URI athletic event. Who do I contact?

Q: I am interested in bringing a group to a URI athletic event. Who do I contact?
A: For information about group ticket sales please call (401) 874-4295.

Q: I am interested in going to other sporting events besides Rhode Island Football and Men's and Women's Basketball. Do I need to purchase tickets?
A:  All Olympic sports including Baseball, Cross Country, Golf, Rowing, Soccer, Softball, Swimming & Diving, Tennis, Track & Field and Volleyball are free admission. Admission is charged however for post-season A-10 or NCAA events hosted by URI in all sports.

Q: What items are prohibited from the Ryan Center and Meade Stadium?
A: Prohibited items include:

  • Aerosol cans
  • Alcoholic Beverages
  • Animals (except guide or service dogs for the disabled)
  • Large bags (Book Bags/Backpacks) -Only clear bags smaller than 12"x 6" x 12" will be permitted and are subject to search
  • Beach Balls or other inflatable items
  • Bota bags or wine skins or flasks
  • Bullhorns or noisemakers
  • Cameras or recording devices (varies by event)
  • Confetti
  • Fireworks, firearms or other weapons
  • Frisbees
  • Glass bottles or aluminum cans
  • Helium Balloons
  • Ice chests (coolers) or thermos containers 
  • Laser pointers
  • Non-clear bags
  • Outside food or beverage
  • Skateboards or roller blades
  • Signage made on foam board or signage with inappropriate wording
  • Sticks or clubs (including signs attached to sticks)
  • Stools or folding chairs
  • Umbrellas
  • Water bottles or mugs

Q: Refund/Exchange Policy?
A: There are no refunds or exchanges.  Should the game/event be canceled due to weather ticket purchasers would be alerted to the weather policy at that time.  Should a fan be unable to attend a game they can transfer their tickets to their friends, family, and co-workers via ticket transfer. 

 Q: Do you offer Ticket Insurance?

A: Individual Game ticket buyers can purchase ticket insurance at the time of purchase (online only) via Fanshield at the time of purchase only.  For more information on Fanshield please click here.

Q:  I think I left an item at a Rhody Football, or Basketball game.  How do I check?

A:  You can file a lost and found claim by calling the Ryan Center Box Office (401) 874-7267 during normal business hours. We will keep lost items for 90 days.
