How to Pay Off Your Season Ticket Invoice

RHODE ISLAND FOOTBALL SEASON TICKET INVOICES ONLINE PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS

In order to pay for your season tickets, you must log into your Ram account by clicking My Ram Account and entering your e-mail and password. From this link, you can view your seat locations, view your invoice, and make payments for your season tickets. Please be sure to review your seats carefully. Step 1. Log into your account with your e-mail and password.


If you do not know the e-mail linked to your account please contact the Ryan Center Box Office at 401- 874-7267.  If you don't remember your password, click on the Forgot Password link.

Step 2. Season Renewals – Select RHODE ISLAND SEASON TICKET RENEWAL INVOICE

Once you log in, click on your Football Invoice under Renewal Applications.Invoice link

Step 3. Football Invoice – Review your seat locations, view your invoice, add additional options and make payments for your season tickets.




 
Please note:  If you are a COACH level donor or higher, you do not need to purchase a parking pass here.  One will be provided for you by Athletic Development.

Step 4. – Select payment option (Full, Two month, Four month) and any Additional Items and Add to Cart


Please Note: There are payment plan options (2 Month Plan or 4 Month Plan) that may be selected from the drop down.

Step 5. Shopping Cart – Review


Review your order and select the Delivery Method Dropdown Box. Select "Mobile Delivery – Season Renewals".for free ticket delivery.  The will call and mail options will have a $10 ticket print fee applied.


  

Step 6 – Payment Information Screen


Enter your payment information below, and click the Agree and Accept box at the bottom right and hit submit to submit your payment.

 
 

Step 7 – Questions or Issues


*Change Requests! Want to move your seats and/or want to add additional seats? Call 874-RAMS (7267) so that we can assist you with changing your account. If you are looking to make changes, you do not need to pay your invoice simply call the Ticket Office for assistance.
