                                                                                                                                             REGISTER FOR URI'S ANNUAL NATIONAL GIRLS AND WOMEN IN SPORTS DAY CLINIC                
                                                                                                                                        

To celebrate National Girls and Women in Sports Day, Rhode Island Athletics women's teams (Lacrosse, Rowing, Softball, Swimming and Diving, Soccer, Track and Field, Volleyball, and the Spirit programs) will be holding a pregame multi-sport clinic in Mackal Fieldhouse on Sunday, January 26th for kids 12 and under from 10:50am - 12:15pm.

All registrants will receive a free ticket to the Women's Basketball game vs. Loyola Chicago at 1pm at the Ryan Center and parents can purchase $5 tickets at the door or online HERE.

REGISTRATION ALSO AVAILABLE ONSITE AT MACKAL FIELDHOUSE - PLEASE ARRIVE EARLY FOR ON-SITE REGISTRATION

TIMELINE
  • 10:15-10:50 am: Arrival and check-in at Mackal Fieldhouse. Parking is available in the Keaney and Boss Parking Lots.
  • 10:50-12:15 pm: Sports clinic featuring members of the Lacrosse, Rowing, Soccer, Softball, Swimming and Diving, Tennis, Track and Field, Volleyball and Spirit teams. As you arrive you will be assigned to one of 9 groups. Once the clinic begins, you will rotate every 10 minutes while visiting each of the 9 women's programs. You will learn a sport skill and have an opportunity to get autographs from the teams!
  • 1:00 pm: Women's Basketball game vs Saint Joseph's
