1. When it is your time to select your seat, you can click the link in your e-mail, and enter your promo code and password for access. Please Note: The password provided will only give you access to the seat selection map at your given selection time. In addition, the password you will be provided will only give you access to purchase tickets one time. That access can be used anytime you want starting at your begin time, but please note that once you select your seats and check out you will not be allowed back in to purchase seats.
    
   
   
2. Sign into your Ram Account with your email and password (if you do not remember your password click "Sign in with a code", this will send a code to your email which will act as your password). If you don't know what email is linked to your RAM account, please call the Box Office for assistance.
    
   
   
    
3. Once you've logged in, you'll be redirected to the Select-A-Seat page, you will click on the "Buy Now" button.
    
   
   
    
4. This is where you can select the section you would like to sit in.  If you would like to sit in a group with other people, please call 401 874-7267 to speak to a ticketing representative. Seat selection will occur in five-minute intervals, so it is important to log in and complete your selection during your assigned window. Additional participants will gain access every five minutes, and availability will continue to change throughout the process.
    
   
   
    
5. After selecting a section, you will see the available seats for 2026 football.  Once you've picked a seat, you will see a checkmark indicating you've selected a seat. After picking your seat(s), select the "Continue To Checkout" button. Please Note: There is a 10 minute shopping cart hold time limit. also for the live event, each password is only allowed to purchase tickets once. You will not be able to return at a later time to purchase additional seats.
    
   
   
   
    
6. At the checkout screen, you'll be presented with your payment options. All payments will begin on June 1, and run through September.
   You will also have the option to add the Rhody Bus to your season tickets. The shuttle will provide transportation from Kingston to Centreville Bank Stadium and back for all 5 home games. You will be charged today for the shuttle*.
   The $15 order charge on all season tickets will also be charged today. When you select your bill plan, you can hit "Checkout" to proceed.
   *If we do not meet the required number of patrons for the shuttle, we will refund your payment. Shuttle transportation will be confirmed prior to the release of any parking passes.
    
   
7. After continuing to checkout, you'll be brought to a screen to input your payment method. Once completed, select the "Place Order" button.
