Conor McLaughlin joined the Rhode Island staff as a volunteer Director of Player Development in the Spring of 2025.

Originally from Essex, England, he moved to Rhode Island to continue his coaching career with Challenger Sports, an international camp company that runs youth soccer programs across all of New England. He serves as the regional director for Challenger Sports.

A UEFA licensed coach with more than 10 years of coaching experience, McLaughling played semi-professionally for Harwich & Parkeston FC. He aslo coaches with local premier youth soccer club Rams FC.
