2021 (Redshirt Junior)

• Team co-captain.
• Was named to the Atlantic 10 All-Academic Team.
• Was one of just four players to start al 17 games for the Rams.
• Led Rhody's field players in minutes played (1,571).
• Anchored a back line that posted six shutouts during the regular season.

2020-21 (Junior)

• Season was shortened to six games, and played in the spring of 2021, due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
• Appeared and started in all six games for the Rams
• Scored a goal at UMass.

2019 (Sophomore)

• Recorded his first career goal - an 81st-minute game-winner - in URI's victory over La Salle.

2018 (Freshman)

• Appeared in 13 games and made two starts for the Rams.

Before URI

• Played center back, right back, left midfield and right midfield at Lancaster High School.
• Was a member of the Empire United USDA U16, U18 and U19 club teams.
• Started 17 of 24 games for the U18s in 2016-17, finishing with two goals.
• Also was a started for the U19 team during the 2017-18 season.
• Academically, earned his high school's Spanish Student of the Year and Social Studies Student of the Year awards in 2017.

Personal

• Born Dec. 13, 1999.
• Son of Mary Beth and Kevin Drayer.
• Father was a member of the tennis team at SUNY Delhi.
• Has three sisters: Chelsea, Gabrielle and Julia.
• His uncle, Franklin Charles, played for the Houston Astros.
• His cousin, Jonathan Schwind, currently plays in the Pittsburgh Pirates' farm system.
• Enjoys traveling, learning other languages, reading, writing, listening to music and hanging out with friends and family.
• Favorite athlete is Antoine Griezmann.
• Favorite teams are Borussia Dortmund, Buffalo Sabers, Buffalo Bills, Toronto FC, the US Men's National Team and the France Men's National Team.
• Chose to attend URI over Yale, Rider, Carnegie Mellon, Colgate and Pittsburgh.
• Selected Rhode Island because of the campus' New England vibe and top-of-the-line facilities. Also was impressed by the coaching staff's vision and overall culture of the soccer program.
