- Finished 16th in the 1500m (4:18.13) at the Northeast Challenge.
Indoor:
- Finished 11th in the 3000m (8:58.63) at the Sorlien Invitational.
- Placed sixth in the 3000m (8:54.01) at the Coaches Tribute Meet.
- Finished 141st in the 3000m (8:54.45) at the David Hemery Invitational.

2015-16

Outdoor:
- Finished 20th in the 5000m (15:28.37) at the New England Championship.
- Finished third in the 1500m (4:07.03) at the Holy Cross Men's Meet.
- Finished 70th at the 5000m (15:25.60) at the Larry Ellis Invitational.
- 13th in the 1500m (4:05.08) at the UConn Northeast Challenge.
- Won the 5000m (15:32.50) at the Yale Open.
Indoor:
- Finished 21st in the 3000m run (8:48.33) at the Fastrack National Invite.
- Placed sixth in the 3000m run (8:52.99) at the Coaches' Tribute Meet.
- Placed fifth in the mile, (4:33.31). Second in the 4x800 relay at the URI Sorlien Memorial Invitational.

2014-15

High School

Attended Centennial High School.
Lettered four times in cross country and outdoor track and three in indoor track.
Captained the cross country team during his junior and senior years.
Was named All-County Cross Country (2013), All-County Indoor and Outdoor Track (2014), and placed first in the Maryland 2014 Indoor Track 3A 3200. Ran a 9:28 3200m, a 4:30 1600m, and a 16:08 5k.
