Outdoor:
- Member of the second place 4x800 relay team at the Atlantic 10 Championship.
Indoor:
- Finished 13th overall in the 800m run (1:59.31) at the Coaches' Tribute Meet.
- 20th overall in the 400m run (52.56s). 11th overall in the 500m run (1:07.00) at the Donahue Games.

2013-14

Outdoor:
- Finished eighth in the triple jump (12.85m) at the Atlantic 10 Outdoor Championship.
- Finished fourth in the triple jump (12.21m) at the Holy Cross Men's Meet.
- Finished fourth in the 800-meter run (1:56.52) at the Brown Classic.
- Finished ninth in the 800-meter run (1:58.84) at the UConn Classic.
- Finished 18th in the 800-meter run (1:58.39) at the Minutemen Invitational.
- Finished 23rd in the 800-meter run (1:59.78)at the American International - College Invitational.
- Finished tenth in the 400-meter dash (50.73) at the UConn Invitational.
Indoor:
- Finished sixth in the distance medley (10:11.22) at the New England Championship.
- Finished sixth in the distance medley relay (10:24.90) at the Atlantic 10 Indoor Championship.
- Finished 16th of 28 in the 500-meter run (1:06.72) at the Armory Winter Games.
- Finished 14th of 17 in the 800-meter run (2:01.59) at the URI Coaches' Coed Invitational.
- Finished 28th of 63 in the 500-meter dash (1:05.82) and 18th of 44 in the 4x400 relay (3:19.31) at the Terrier Classic.
- Finished sixth in the 500-meter dash (1:07.75) at the Sorlien Invitational.

High School

Attended Bayport Blue Point High School.
Member of the track and soccer teams.
Two time 4x400 New York State Champion.
Captained the soccer team for his junior and senior year and the track team during his senior year.
Was All-Conference in soccer in 2013 and in track in 2012 and 2013.
Set school records in the 600m and 800m.
Honor Roll student and member of the National Honor Society, as well as the Science Olympiad.
