2015-16

• Outdoor:
  • Placed fourth overall in the decathlon - eighth in the 100m (11.62s), third in the long jump (21' 2.50"), sixth in the shot put (36' .75"), fourth in the high jump (6'6"), eighth in the 400m (55.07s), second in the 110m hurdles (16.40s), fourth in the discus (118' 10"), third in the pole vault (13' 11.25"), won the javelin (187') and eighth in the 1500m (5:25.70) at the Atlantic 10 Championship.
• Indoor: 
  • Placed fourth in the heptathlon with 4792 total points at the Atlantic 10 Championship.  
  • Placed seventh in the long jump (6.46m) and sixth in the shot put (11.63m) at the Coaches' Tribute Meet. 
  • Placed third overall with 4885 points. In the heptathlon, won pole vault (4.60m), ninth in 1000m run (3:16.70), third in the 60m hurdles (8.80s), ninth in the 60m dash (7.43s), second in the high jump (1.98m), fifth in the long jump (6.53m), and seventh in the shot put (11.39m) at the URI Heptathlon. 

2014-15

• Outdoor:
  • Won the decathlon with 6792 points. In the decathlon, won the javelin, (57.46m), discus, (36.35m), and high jump, (1.98m), was second in the pole vault, (4.15m), long jump, (6.68m), and 100m dash, (11.42s), fourth in the 400m dash, (53.52s), the shot put, (11.27m), and 110m hurdles, (16.11s), and fifth in the 1500m run, (4:52.20). Also, finished third in the open javelin at the Atlantic 10 Championship.
  • Won the javelin throw, (55.70m), finished third in the 110m hurdles, (15.35s), fifth in the 4x400m relay, (3:32.06), and eighth in the discus throw, (37.03m) at the Holy Cross Men's Meet.
  • Finished 13th in the 100m dash, (11.36s), 19th in the shot put, (10.38m), and 24th in the discus throw, (34.85m) at the Mark Young Yale Invitational.
  • Finished sixth in the pole vault, (4.40m), and ninth in the 4x400m relay, (3:27.77) at the George Mason Invitational.
  • Finished sixth in the javelin throw, (48.32m), and eighth in the pole vault, (4.11m) at the UNH Wildcat Invitational.
• Indoor:
  • Finished sixth in the heptathlon, (4716 points). In the heptathlon, he was third in the 60m dash, (7.32s), and the pole vault, (4.24m), fourth in the high jump, (1.91m), seventh in the shot put, (11.02m), eighth in the 60m hurdles, (8.85s), 10th in the 1000m, (3:02.61), and 12th in the long jump, (5.93m) at the New England Championship.
  • Finished seventh in the pole vault, (4.35m), and the 60m hurdles, (8.69s) at the Atlantic 10 Championship.
  • Finished ninth in the pole vault, (4.20m) at the Sorlien Memorial Invitational.
  • Finished second in the heptathlon with 4825 points - Won the 60m dash, (7.26s), and the high jump, (1.97m), finished second in the pole vault, (4.30m), thired in the 60m hurdles, (8.85s), third in the 1000m run, (3:02.64), fifth in the shot put, (10.85m), and sixth in the long jump, (5.64m) at the URI Heptathlon.

2013-14

• Outdoor: 
  • Finished seventh in the high jump, (1.84m), and second in the decathlon, (6137) at the Atlantic 10 Outdoor Championship.
  • Finished tenth in the 110m hurdles, (16.21), sixth in the pole vault, (4.20m), and ninth in the discus throw, (35.97m) at the Holy Cross Men's Meet.
  • Finished 16th in the 100m dash, (11.61), seventh in the 4x400, relay, (3:38.00), seventh in the long jump, (5.96m), and eighth in the javelin throw, (52.68m) at the UConn Classic.
  • Finished 12th in the 110m hurdles, (16.40), 15th in the shot put, (9.93m), and 12th in the discus throw, (32.80m) at the Minutemen Invitational.
  • Finished fifth in the UConn Decathlon, (5999) at the UConn Decathlon.
  • Finished sixth in the 4x400m relay, (3:45.07), fourth in the high jump, (1.83m), and fifth in the javelin throw, (52.34m) at the UConn Invitational.
• Indoor: 
  • Finished 14th in the 60m hurdles, (8.97), and 15th in the high jump, (1.84m) at the Armory Winter Games.

2012-13

• Outdoor:
  • Finished sixth with 5,582 points in the decathlon at the Atlantic 10 Outdoor Championship.
  • Finished third in the javelin, (166’11), and seventh in the 110m hurdles, (16.68) at the Holy Cross Men's Meet.
  • Finished seventh in the javelin, (170’1) at the Brown Invitational .
  • Finished third in the high jump, (5’10.75), and seventh in the javelin (160’4) at the UConn Invitational.
• Indoor:
  • Finished 11th in the pentathlon at the New England Championship.
  • Placed fifth in the heptathlon, (4511) at the Atlantic 10 Indoor Championship.
  • Finished in seventh place with 4351 points at the URI Heptathlon.

High School

• Member of the cross country, basketball, indoor track & field, and outdoor track & field teams, earning a combined five letters
