- Played Boys Varsity soccer and track & field at Tiverton High School
- Team captain for both soccer and track & field his senior year.

- Son to Lesley & Peter Wood
- Has three sisters, Ashley, Megan and Lauren.
- Getting his doctorate in physical therapy
- Chose URI because its close to the ocean and the physical therapy program.
- Eagle Scout
- National Honor Society Member and finished sixth in his graduating class.
